Melissa Barrows Lieb, RRC, RRO, CCCA, CDT
Melissa Barrows Lieb is president of Mac Brady Associates, Inc., an independent roof consulting firm in business since 1982. In 1997, Lieb earned Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a Registered Roof Consultant, Registered Roof Observer, Certified Construction Contract Administrator, and a Certified Document Technician.
Melissa is past president of the Chicago Area Chapter of IIBEC; continuing on the executive board Chairing the Education, Advocacy and Marketing Committees. On an international level, she is current Chair of the Advocacy Committee for IIBEC and has served on their Document Competition Sub Committee.
Melissa also volunteers for the League of Women Voters (LWV) , a non-partisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government. She is past Voter Service Director for the LWV of the LaGrange Area and served as LWV of IL Executive Director and CoChair on the Voter Service Committee.
Tom Dillon
Tom is a 35-year safety industry veteran, currently with Safety Rail Company. He has worked with distributors and trained end-users, engineers and architects at the regional, national and international level throughout his career.
He is a 25-year veteran of the fire service, currently serving as a Lieutenant on Rescue Squad 8126 of the Washington Volunteer Fire Company, the longest running continuous volunteer fire department in the state of Missouri.
He resides in Washington Missouri, just West of St Louis, with his beautiful wife Tina of 33 years. He has two adult children, who have long left home for their own promising careers.
